Abstract

This research is focused on what factors influence the concentration of students'
learning English online. Participants in this study were 5 grade 9 students using
random sampling techniques.The method used in this research is qualitative data to
find out the factors that influence student concentration in learning English online,
while the design of this study is a descriptive approach.The researcher explained
the results of the research carried out by transcribing the data taken from the main
instrument, namely the interview, from this data the researcher found that there
were 2 factors that influenced the concentration of student learning in learning
English online, namely the first is internal factors and the second is the factor
External. Among the two factors that most influence the concentration of students
in learning English are internal factors, namely: 1). Feel sleepy when learning
English, 2). Feeling less confident, 3). Hungry while learning English, 4). Feeling
weak when remembering English lessons. Meanwhile, from external factors,
namely, 5). The teacher did not explain in detail.
