This study aims to identify the efforts and obstacles of the village government in promoting mangrove ecotourism in Barangay Telok Dore. The problems of this research are 1. Lack of access/roads for mangrove ecotourism as there are still empty and dusty roads, 2. Lack of support for mangrove ecotourism and infrastructure such as lack of parking spaces. , there is no place for worship and trash cans cannot be used, so trash can still be seen around the mangroves and there are no restaurants or canteens around the tourist attractions, 3. Not using the rivers as tourist attractions should use the fish money in the area and it is not clear what the access and parking fees are. The concept used is one developed by Edward Inskeep. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In the results of the study, it can be seen that the efforts of the Barangay government in promoting ecotourism in mangroves are relatively good, despite the shortcomings, there are weaknesses and deficiencies in the government of Telok Dore Village in promoting ecotourism, in other words, it is lacking. in collaboration of Telok Dore Village government with other parties such as barangay of other barangays and district government, so the barangay government is looking for funds to develop mangrove ecotourism in Telok Dore village, apart from the funding problem. lack of services provided by the village manager or administration, such as lack of police patrols around tourist attractions and lack of other mangrove ecotourism facilities to attract visitor interest
